Day 3 - It is friends, FAMILY and fitness!
Make it stand out
Let’s descend upon Sweat Circuit!
At Sweat Circuit, they believe that longevity and quality of life start with strength. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, they will help you push past your limits and redefine what you're capable of. Head down to their Del Mar gym on Via de la Valle for a fun 50 minute workout led by some of the best coaches in SD, Coach Boom and Coach Damien high up on the leaderboard.
Coach Jamie has graciously invited up to 15 Compete for Causer’s to come take a free class this Friday May 9th (6 am to 530 pm) or Sunday May 11th (8 am to noon). Please check the schedules and email Jamie at jamie@sweatcircuit.com to let her know you will be attending.
I like the fitness and philanthropy part of what we do. But what gets me most jazzed up is seeing friends and FAMILY do these challenges together. Amy and my sons are in it, the Rhodes and Niemeyer families as well. Super recruiters, Robyn and Suzette both brought their kin into the competition for May. Robyn booked a ticket to Vietnam with her mom and is also testing our app’s ability to deal with time zones and the 9 pm data “Run.” Suzette is from the motivated Randolph Family Dental contingent which we will hear more about later.
