Five steps to join a fitness challenge

1) Download the Compete for Causes app from Apple’s App Store.

2) Follow the app’s onboarding directions to integrate with Apple Health and connect your movement data.

3) Join an upcoming challenge . For private challenges, contact the organizer for how to secure a passcode

4) Set a target for your daily “move” calories across the challenge and consider joining a team or going solo.

5) Exercise/move anyway that motivates you. Check progress toward your goals and against others on the leaderboard. Have fun while staying fit and giving back!
