Mark participated with Compete for Causes solo last time and has now recruited a big following from all around Southern Cal. Mark proudly boasts this license plate on his car which encourages him to get after it every day with a daily run, or in this challenge, walk, tennis, bike ride, weights, gym circuit etc. We love his simple philosophy to remind ourselves everyday to move just a little (or a lot)!
